Relining

Where a whole length of pipe between manholes is defective i.e. collapsed, root damaged etc. this is a cheaper and non-disruptive form of repair as opposed to excavation. It can be fitted from small manholes in confined spaces and pipes repaired under homes and businesses where excavation would be very disruptive. It involves the re-boring of the old and damaged pipe. A lining sock impregnated with a polyester resin fibre is inserted along the length of the damaged pipe and then forced into place using water or air pressure. This creates a brand new, reinforced pipe inside the old damaged pipe. This is suitable for all types of pipe e.g. pitch fibre, salt glaze (clay) etc. It is resistant to root damage and leaks. The process is a quick and non disruptive which will return your services back to normal in hours rather than days.

The materials used for this process hold an ISO 9002 quality assurance.
